"CAMPUS STORIES:MY UNFILTERED COLLEGE RIDE"

So this is Celestial V CH and today through this blog I'll be trying to explain my overall 3-month experience of college that I have spent till now.I have joined SPEC HYD to pursue my engineering in artificial intelligence and machine learning. which is an autonomous institution affiliated with JNTU.

MY FIRST DAY

My first day started on 28 August 2023 with orientation day I went with my family to attend the function and I was shocked by watching the cool infrastructure of college like my expectations were all fulfilled and my dream had come true I was excited about it Finally I was in the college after 2 years of suffering, I met with all the faculties and the students of my branch and others branch too. they all were shocked about watching North Indian in a pure South Indian environment but I decided not to waste my time explaining to them why the hell I was here in between them.

Now moving on to the function the faculties one by one introduced themselves and the college environment plus their rules and regulations. and asked all of us to join the college right after the orientation day for the one week of induction session.

INDUCTION AND AWARENESS SESSIONS

for a great journey, we need a great start too and that was completed by the guidance of some influential people who with their motivational and inspirational talks inspired us a lot. Some of the names that made our start perfect were Mr. Sudheer Sandra sir, Mr. Darpan Vasudev known for having a world record writing a large number of quotes, Mr. B sai kiran who is a renowned speaker as well as known as a human calculator who has made many Guinness world records and Wing Commander Jaysimha who is also a record holder of memorizing many things in one go and known for his exceptional mind power.

I'm truly blessed and surprised by meeting all those people in one place and gaining many experiences from them and one by one I would like to throw light on all of their sessions.

Starting from Mr. Sudheer Sandra sir one of the best career counselor in Hyderabad.  Although most of these words were out of my understanding as he was a pure Telugu-speaking person I could feel the zeal and dedication in his words. He visited our college twice and his glimpses were enough to fill us with enthusiasm. His first session was on "Time management" where he explained how important the topic is for us and our dreams and how to utilize our time wisely. embracing us with one of his quotes he states that

"Graveyard is the richest place in the world as lots of unaccomplished dreams are buried"

After that, he explained to us that there are three types of people in society by giving examples of some people who are known for their patience and never-quitting attitude even in the hardest of times like Padma Shree Sindhutai Sapkal of Maharastra and Nadia Nadeem of Afghanistan who is a doctor and a football player who have scored more than 200 goals and speaks 11 different languages and whose father was killed by Taliban.

1. Winners

2. Villains

3. Leavers

4. Victory mindset people

His second session was equally interesting with a mindblowing topic "Know yourself"

So the session started with an energetic address by Sudheer sir, Firstly he asked about the number of students who attended his previous session in college and I was one of them so we all raised our hands, And after that, without wasting a single minute he started his session for the day by asking us a question.

"Do you all know the full form of USA"

"United States of America" A loud shout followed his question.

"And UK", "United Kingdom"

and with this, a couple of more full forms followed by another interesting full-form

"Do any of you know the full form of your name, Yes or NO"

At first, everyone was surprised cause they never knew that someone would come someday and ask about the full of your name,

"So none of you know that nice to see friends cause this is where we are going to start

So today through this session I'll make you know more about yourself, I'll be presenting you all a task which  you have to answer correctly and honestly"

"So the first thing you have to do is  this to create your "ME" sheet

and the first task is to write an acronym of your name"

So before the start of the session, I somehow got an idea that he'd be asking us to do that that's why I started writing it from the start and that is

"F"=Futuristic

"A"=Ardent

"R"=Realiable

"H"- Hardworking

"E"=Enthusiasic

"E"=Ever curious philomath

"N"=Non-conformist

that's wonderful isn't

Then the second fascinating personality whom I met was Mr. B Sai Kiran A renowned Guinness world record holder for having a good memory and doing arithmetic calculations in a few seconds, He taught us some of these methods too and gave his self-written books too for those who are interested to solve the questions with ancient vedic maths and I also got a copy for myself, That was just amazing.

The third interesting person whom I met was Mr. Darpan Vasudev a motivational speaker who has a record of writing a huge number of quotes,

He visited my college twice and both times he made our session interesting.

I remember his first session where he started his session by giving us a tagline "khush Mann" which is his remedy for overcoming all the problems of life.

then he conducted a music session where we all sang a song that was "Love You Zindagi" from "Dear Zindagi" and said thank you to our faculties by giving them a tight hug.

The second time he visited ur college was when there was a guidance session and he lately joined in that session also he started it with this tagline and gave us the lesson saying "Keep your focus on 3 P's that is if I do not have a passion in life and if pleasure will get into our mind and it will become poison for us"

Recently we had a session on Entrepreneurship by renowned speaker T Sathyarana with the tagline "First look back before look forward" No one understood the meaning, he wanted to convey that first learn from the past, take lessons from there, and then use it in building your future wisely.

Here I mention some of my favorite lines that I have learned from him.

1. Quitters don't win and winners don't quit

2. If we have a plan with a 90 percent probability of failure and a 10 percent probability of success we should take the plan as those 10 percent are enough to change 90 percent of it.

3. We need to bring change in ourselves if we want to see that in others.

4. Failures are the beginnings of success.

He also advised us to have a habit of reading at least 20 pages a day cause this will enhance our vocabulary and reading skills

FACULTIES AND CLASSMATES

Now moving on my faculties and classmates are also good, supportive, and helpful but I don't think I'll ever have a friend with whom I can enjoy my four years of Btech life.

MY FIRST PRESENTATIONS

Yes, I got an opportunity to present my first presentation in college, and on that day itself I made a decision not to sit in the crowd as a spectator i wanted others to clap for me and I did, we were independent in choosing our topic and I have chosen The topic of "Ancient Indian Scientist and Their Discoveries".

CONCLUSIONS

And last, I just wanna say that college is a place where we learn, grow, and glow. where we have good connections and memories and it should be live at its fullest without any regret of failure and an enthusiasm to be an engineer #problemsolver. Till now I have learned a lot and have shown my active participation in almost everything

and I hope I will turn out into one of the best students in my college.
